The announcement follows rebranding of the company last September from Asperity Employee Benefits and the announcement of a new focus on delivering an integrated suite of employee engagement technologies for HR Directors. In January the company announced the appointment of ecommerce heavyweight Richard Hurd-Wood as Chief Product Officer as the first part of a radical step up in product investment. Reward Gateway Founder CEO Glenn Elliott said Weve always been known as a technology and product business and since 2007 we have set the agenda in the employee benefits industry. Weve known our new colleagues at Dazines for several years and they operate a first class software engineering centre and have an excellent skill set. The acquisition triples the number of engineers we have dedicated to employee benefits and employee engagement technology and together with our London team well really be able to deliver on our product roadmap.
